Secret Strategy: How to make Cauliflower fry testier and more crispy

eggSometimes I asked by many people that how I fry cauliflower with more crispier test or which ingredient I use to make tasty Cauliflower fry. Well, yes I use a strategy to make to my fries more testier. But if you’re only vegetarian you can skip this and if you do not then go ahead and use this secret.

The secret strategy to make Fulkopir Pakora or Cauliflower fry more crispy and testy is to add Egg here. Many people don’t like to add this ingredient to pakora. But in my experience Egg help to increase the taste of this recipe. Not only this recipe but almost in every in fried recipes egg helps to make them tastier.

Those children or picky eaters who don’t like to eat eggs because of it’s smell or texture but like to eat crispy food – this Cauliflower Fry with Egg is an excellent option for them. I guarantee they will love this snack. In this recipe, egg won’t smell but will help to make the batter mixture – softer and will make the fries more crispy, testy and delicious. As a result, now it will taste exactly like the restaurant or even better.

If you’are making this recipe for 4 to 5 people then you can use 1 egg. But if you’re making for more then 5 people, I suggest for using 2 eggs in this fried recipe.

About Cornflour and Baking powder:

Cornflour and baking soda have been using in the fritters or pakora whatever you say – for a long time. Cornflour helps to make the fritters crispy and baking soda makes the fritters fluffy and soft.

If you’re tempting to use baking powder instead of baking soda, do not do so. Baking powder is a combination of baking soda and cream of tartar and is about one-third to one-quarter as strong as the soda. But adding too much of cornflour and baking soda may result in a tough batter and bitter taste.

I didn’t use here cornflower or baking soda for Cauliflower Fry or Gobi Fry as I saw many others use these in fritters or Fries. But I find without using them and making a perfect batter, Cauliflower Pakoras can be made with more crispier and testier.
