Who don’t love Pizzas? I think almost everybody loves it. Therefore, how is the idea of a 10-minute pizza in Breakfast? This Pita Bread Pizza recipe is something for real quick. You will only need is – Pita Bread, Marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Virgin olive oil, Garlic powder, and chopped tomatoes or Tomato slices.
Pita Bread Recipe:
Pita bread seems to make very dreadful but actually is pretty easy to make. Although it’s nearly impossible to make exactly the same type pita bread eaten in the Middle East because most of our home kitchens don’t have brick ovens capable of produce high temperature like they have. But this Pita Bread recipe probably comes very close. For many years, I have purchased Pita Bread because I didn’t know how to make one and didn’t have time to make. But now I know making this at own kitchen is far better!
Pita bread is one of the main meal in the Middle East. This serves in almost every meal in there. And often it can be used for dipping, to make delicious sandwiches in the pocket or perhaps with a little za’atar and olive oil.
IS PITA BREAD HEALTHY? Ok, Pita Bread is a bread. This bread is made with all purpose flour or whole-wheat which is not the most healthiest meal you can have, but it’s far more better if you make this at home than a store bought. Even more, to make pita bread some use dry yeast to make fluffy bread but this actually dangerous to health. Why Pita Bread Pizza?
All types of Pita Pizzas’ main ingredient is Pita Bread, of course. However, you can use Naan bread or other bread. I like to use whole wheat pita bread because it has the perfect thickness and size for pizzas.
You can freeze store bought or homemade Pita Bread easily so that you can make Pizza anytime you want. Store Pita Bread in the high-quality zip-seal plastic bags first. But, before you put them there, make sure to squeeze out the extra air until the plastic clings to the stack of pita bread. Then cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator. Keep in mind that Pita Bread can stay in the refrigerator for a few months, the longer it is frozen, the dryer it will become.
And because you already made Pita Bread, now breakfast can be ready just in 10 minutes–YAY!!!

One ounce of mozzarella has Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, chloride etc minerals which is important to maintain bone structure and protect tooth enamel. Pita Bread Pizza for Breakfast:
If you are looking for a quick and easy recipe for breakfast than your in the right spot! This pita pizza recipe takes only 5 mins. Easy Pita Bread Pizza for Breakfast. This recipe is for 2 pita pizza's but if you need more, just double or triple the recipe.
- 2 Pita breads (6 inches)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 tsp Virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 Tomatoes Chopped or thinly sliced
If you have ready pita bread in the oven or take out from the refrigerator, preheat the oven in medium-high temperature and adjust the rack to the middle. If you're using a toaster oven then turn on the toaster to "toast".
Take an ungreased metal pan but brush it with olive oil. Place pita bread on it. Spread half of the marinara sauce, garlic powder, chopped or thin slices of tomatoes on the top of one pita and the rest on the other pita. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over both pitas but leave about 1/2 inch from edge of the crust.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
You can use an oven or a toaster oven, both. If you're using a toaster oven, then you should be able to make two pizza at a time.
